Bt box freezes after update

Every time there’s an update my bt box freezes as in the remote won’t work and the buttons on the box won’t work so I have to do a factory reset every time which is annoying,also there’s a lot of failed to record recordings on my box too .

I have the humax DTRT2100 model

How often are you having to factory reset the box?

It only recently started to happen and it’s been  roughly two weeks apart since it started.

Hi @Chez85, the box may need replaced. If you have a BT TV package it will be under warranty.
