I have a BT TV Box Pro and all channels are streamed through BT fibre broadband but recently have issues with the picture on the normal free channels such as BBC 1 and ITV being very pixilated. This is despite broadband speed being in excess of 300Mbps  with no other streaming taking place. Could this be a set up issue?

Hi Dougimo,

Are you streaming the channels over wifi or Ethernet to your TV box? If using wifi, could you test with ethernet instead if possible and see if that fixes it?
