EE tv

Can any help with advice, literally had EE tv through BT for 2 days , 1st day everything worked fine, today the tv has not stopped with picture freezing. Happening on all channels.  Ty

Thanks for posting about the EE TV issue, sorry you're having problems. Can you give us some more detail? How is the box connected? Is it wireless or cable? Do you see this issue on freeview channels or only IP? Are you using any kind of extension or adaptors?

Hi, thanks for replying , it’s wireless and It happens more when watching normal channels , ( sorry not very technically minded ) , thinking of cancelling and reverting back to sky

Has this settled down for you @lynsach?

If not, are you able to run an Ethernet cable from your hub to Pro Box to see if the issue persists when hard wired?
