I have a YouView box and the error code IPC6023 comes up on certain subscription channels. My broadband is fast so I don't understand why I cannot access these programmes. How do I solve this problem, I have done all the things suggested restart the box, restart the broadband, check the speed nothing changes!

Thanks for posting about the error code, sorry you're having problems. Can you confirm how is the TV box connected? Is it directly to the hub or via adaptors?

It is connected directly to the hub. The electricity was turned off yesterday, when it came back on that's when the problem started!
The subscription channels such as SKY news etc.
@A04 Thanks for clarifying that, have you tried connecting the ethernet cable to a different port on your Hub?

Yes I have tried that! Do you think re-setting the box would work?
I am unsure how to do that. I am assuming it's not just unplugging it!
