This is my issue works one moment and doesn't the next and there appears to be no clear reason why it fails. Its fingers crossed each time its turned on.

All my other technology works with no issues so it has to be the Pro Box!

@PJCORNELLY  what about having the Pro box hard wired to the Smart Hub 2, would that be possible as BT can request Qube do it for you ? then you won't have any Wi-Fi issues to factor in, it's an option 🙂

It is an option but I don't want cabling running around the inside of my house to be honest. If BT can install a socket in the room with a direct cable from outside it could be a possible.

@gomezz 

The microwave is some distance from the Pro Box and the router. There is a BT disc in the hallway off the kitchen but to be honest I run a firestick on my kitchen tv with no issues ever with microwave in full swing.

It's a software issue with the box or a batch of boxes with a dodgy chipset .......
