I've been sent an upgraded YouView box. There is no returns label in the box or bag.
bt.com/returns tells me there will be information my MyBT page to request this, but there isn't any to be seen.

The quickest way would be to call customer service if you encounter any issues. I've sent you a private message, if calling doesn't help we can pick up and resolve it.

As @andydenyer mentioned a returns bag should arrive separately within a week of any replacement equipment being received.

When did you get your original Youview box?
If it was before 13/12/2019 then it's yours to keep anyway and worth having as a spare or sell for some ready cash.
