My BT box pro was working fine until about a week ago.
Now, I can't view any channels at all. I keep getting the IPC6023 error message.
I have reset my router twice and factory reset the box but it's still not working.
My broadband speed is fine and my BT sport channels still work if I watch via the Discovery plus app.
Can a moderator please help me escalate this issue.

I'm sorry you're seeing the IPC6023 error message. How is the box connected? Is it wireless, through adaptors or directly via cable?

Thanks for your help. It is connected via WiFi.
I have BT broadband with a smart hub 2 router and a WiFi extender disk. The WiFi signal is good and broadband speed is good.
BT Sport plays fine through the Discovery plus app but I can't get any channels on my BT box.
