The one day I can actually sit and watch TV this error appears. No live TV. Argh lol. Tried reset and reboot. All else works OK.
Assuming you have an active TV subscription and this has always worked before...
Are you using WIFI or Ethernet, testing the latter to rule out any WIFI issues is the first thing to try, sometimes rebooting the router and ONT can help, never seen it work myself this way but others have reported it can help.
Or @DarrenDev will be along shortly to look at one gigabyte of configuration code that BT/EE hold about you, snort, flip one bit, and it will all work perfectly 😛

On this occasion, no dissertation of code required, perhaps just a switch flick.
It can be variable @Suco - sometimes fixed in a couple of hours, sometimes a few days. There are quite a few places that need to be checked by a few different people.
