Indoor TV Aerial

I’ll shortly be moving house, however the new house does not have a TV aerial and I’m thinking of getting an indoor aerial, the question is would I be able to use it with my EE TV box.

Re: Indoor TV Aerial

Impossible to know as there are too many variables.

Generally indoor TV aerials are next to useless and give very poor results unless you are very close to the transmitter.

However if you have a BT TV Pro box you may be in luck as you can set these to receive ‘Freeview’ channels over your internet connection without need for an aerial.

Re: Indoor TV Aerial

There is no reason why an indoor aerial won't work beyond signal strength. In some areas you could get full signal with a nail in the aerial socket, in others you'll get no signal with an external aerial on a 10' pole on your chimney. As above, you'll just have to try it & see.
