I spoke too soon. Error has re-appeared but different channels this time. New hub being sent out to see if that sorts it
New router didn’t work. Still the same issue ipc6023. Only on 4 channels. The rest work without issue. Happens on multiroom box as well with same channels. Called BT all checks seem fine no issue with speed etc. Many resets to both ONT, box and router.
Really need some help on this now……
Hi @Kimbrich6
Thank you for posting back.
I am sorry that you're still seeing IPC6023 on some of your multicast channels. I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you. See: Private messages
As this issue has re-occured, I have unmarked your thread as solved for the time being.
Thanks,
Robbie
Thanks. Message sent
Switch to internet channels mode and some of them also say ipc6023 as well. Not all just one or two. My guess is this is a exchange or account issue. Very frustrated and annoyed.
It's not clear from the thread if you are on FTTC or FTTP, if the latter then try power cycling the ONT, leave it off for at least 30 seconds before restoring the power and make sure any battery backup is disconnected
Fttp. Yeah done all that. Didn’t work
Like I say it’s not every channel. Just selected ones. Hard wired to router multiple resets of everything. New router, new pro box. Still the issue persists
You could try power cycling the ONT again but this time leave it off for longer (say overnight), that way you should almost certainly get a new IP address when you power back up. Don't know if it will work or not but what have you got to lose by trying
Surely if it was an ONT/ IP address issue it would do it with all channels not just a selected few?
