My TV package includes NOW TV but the app doesn’t recognise my email address when I try to sign in - any idea where I’m going wrong?

What device are you trying to watch Now on?
I take it it’s not your BT/EE YouView box, as BT/EE police the sign-in on that for you. But this helps. Go to the Now app on your box, and open it. You should find you are signed in automatically. Then go to Settings, top right on the screen. You should see a display of the Now streaming services, and which one(s) you are subscribed to, and you should also see your sign-in username, which is probably an email address.
Is it the email address you think it should be?
Is it the email address you have been trying to sign in elsewhere with?
The answers to these questions will determine the next steps you should take.

Thank you - user error , I assumed user name was my email and it wasn’t !
