When we use the Netflix app on our BT TV, it stops after 10 minutes playing and we have to go out of the app and back in and it plays fine for the rest of the show. Anyone else have this problem? It's driving us mad

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry if you're having problems with the Netflix app on your EE TV box. That sounds frustrating. What EE Box do you have and have you tried resetting the box?

sorry for late reply but this time of year is so busy.
I have got a BT TV Pro Box. When it was switched to EE, I was hopeful that this error would be resolved.
I also cannot get ITVX or now Prime now!

I've tried all three ways of resetting the box and still having the same issue with Netflix. Since my first message, we've realised that we cannot play Prime or indeed ITVx through the EE TV Pro Box.
