Just tried to setup Netflix through MyBT, and get all the way through ordering, get an email from BT to say the order is complete, but I get no follow up from Netflix with my link.
As you can see from the final page of the order, I think it is because the system is adding a Null instead of my email address
has anyone found a way round this?

FYI the solution was not to use the signup in MyBT, but signup using the app on the YouView box.
