Hello I am currently unable to access Netflix as it keeps coming up with error code nw-4-7 hasn’t happened before I’ve tried resetting everything Netflix say it’s a vpn problem but nothing seems to be working.
According to NETFLIX own documentation
https://help.netflix.com/en/node/14560#
“If you experience the error code NW-4-7, it usually means there's information stored on your device that needs to be refreshed, or that there's a network connectivity issue. Follow the troubleshooting steps for your device below to resolve the issue.” ( the link enables you to see their advice for the device you are using )
Thanks for the reply
I’ve tried this already and I’ve contacted my isp which have said it’s a Netflix issue and Netflix have said it’s an internet vpn issue.
So which device are you watching on ?
Mainly through my bt box.
@ask1988 Do you have an active BT TV subscription or is it one you have retained from an old subscription? Or, is it a box that you have purchased via a third party retailer?
Do you have the model number?
Yes active subscription. I feel it is a WiFi issue as it’s not working on any devices and my step daughter has her own account and that’s not working either.
Ahh ok. I'd suggest trying the self help that @zulu17 recommended
This problem is still occurring Bt have taken me through every step possible including resetting everything from bt box, modem, hub and have no sent me a new hub but it’s still happening.
