Update: we don't currently have the full set of ITV regions available. The TV guide represents the regions we expected to have, but some didn't make it in time for launch. They'll be added as soon as they become available.
We've asked for someone to put together a list detailing current and expected regions.

For those interested a guy on Digital Spy detected BT's IP streams back in April. This is a list of ITV HD regions that were streaming back then. There doesn't appear to be many changes since:

ITV1 Central West HD - Central East
ITV1 Central West HD West Country
ITV1 Central West HD - West
ITV1 Central West HD
ITV1 Granada HD - Border England
ITV1 Granada Border Scotland
ITV1 Granada HD
ITV1 London HD
ITV1 Meridian East HD - Anglia East
ITV1 Meridian East - Anglia West
ITV1 Meridian East - Meridian North
ITV1 Meridian East - Meridian South
ITV1 Meridian East HD
ITV1 UTV ND
ITV1 Wales HD
ITV1 Yorkshire West HD - Tyne Tees
ITV1 Yorkshire West HD - Yorkshire East
ITV1 Yorkshire West H

That seems to be the same HD regions that are provided via Freeview. They were the same on Sky and Virgin but both of those now provide your local region in HD.

I'll check when the local news comes up.

As well as channels 1 and 2 - got two more BBC1 HD regions on 800 and 801 and an ITV HD on 802.

Here's hoping we get the rest of the freeview lineup and in HD. (such as e4 etc)

Local news on ITV. I am getting Central news when info say it should be ITV WEST. So not getting my local station.

With regards to recording, is it record 1 watch another (or record two watch none) or is it record two watch a third?

I assume it is the former and not the latter?

@Deano123 I think Dave etc (UKTV) has an exclusive contract with Sky for HD.
