Keep getting this error when now programme gets to adverts
@Robinpfelton I've not run across this one before (but that's probably because I've got the HD Boost option which removes the adverts).
If the obvious reboot your TV Pro box doesn't fix the issue, I'd definitely contact BT/EE to report the issue.
Not sure if @DarrenDev has run across this before?
Reboot has no effect. I don't have boost option, it's definitely since adverts arrived. Annoying.
@Robinpfelton I think it's going to need a call to customer services
