Just bought a new bt package including Now. Followed link to activate Now but won't recognise email address so what do I do

Thanks for posting about your Now TV, sorry you're having a few problems there. Are you using a different email address or have you had a previous account with a different email?

Hi. Same email and not had an account before. I set up the Netflix I also got with bundle no problem with email
