Hi, thanks for confirming the AV1000 PLAs - It' s a very reasonable type and generally OK on a "clean" line, or at least as clear as home ring mains can ever be.
PLA devices are a good solution but never "ideal" as they still have to convert the broadband signal to what's effectively a radio signal that is sent over the home wiring to its partner, with an inevitable loss of speed and remaining susceptible to interference from other devices between - great when they work but quite difficult to troubleshoot when they don't!
If you have been able to reset and re-pair the devices, let us know how you get on especially if using the WiFi is not a good alternative at the moment.
thanks
David
@Tel2 As long as the PLAs are not plugged into an extension socket, I don’t think that having the tv unit plugged into one would cause a problem. It certainly doesn’t for us, although the extension socket is plugged into the PLA.
I am now convinced my 5 year old Router &/or my 6 Day old Pro Box are causing Pixalation on all HD channels.
Yesterday I Up-Dated my Panasonic HDR Tv ,Re-booted my PLA's, swopped both HDMI & Ethernet cables & ,thanks to great help on here, I was becoming convinced the Issue was resolved.(just 2 Ultra minor Issues )
However watching Mel Goodrich, on BBC 2 , Pixalation returned with 4 Incidents.
I will contact BT again but time is running -out for me to Cancel.

@Tel2 do you just have the 2 powerline adapters? One connected to the hub, the other connected to the TV Box Pro?
Yes just 2.
Terry
We've both suggested that it needs testing with ethernet, you twice now, along with @David_H suggesting trying WiFi. Like the requests to clarify if this is an HD or UHD issue, those posts have been completely ignored. It seems @Tel2 is more fixated on cancellation, so we should probably leave him to that route, as he clearly doesn't want to engage with the advice he's been offered.
Tv is too big to move & the Hub to Box is no more than 8m. apart with 1 Fibre wall adjacent to the Router.
Never had Pixalation Issues before this EE/BT box.
