Which channel number is BBC1 HD on? Do you have 1 and 101 channel numbers or just 1.

New Pro Box & Router arriving in the next couple of days & a TV Expert coming on Monday.

My Box is set-up for HD/Ultra Channels until I get used to the BT Menu.

EE have taken the case over & they do not believe my Pixalation Issues are due to Hardware Issues.

They advise I wait for the TV Expert who visits Monday.

@Tel2 You could watch The Jackal on catch up on the NOW app and see what happens then. Your recording would have been through multicast but it’s via unicast on the NOW app.
