@Tel2 No, that’s not the solution. Your box is in IP mode which means that all of your live channels are multicast. There is no distinction between subscription channels and Freeview channels in that respect. You appear to have a problem with your live channels.
I have just done a Full Factory Reset.
My Smart TV does not have a Now App.

@Tel2 Your Pro box has the NOW app and will login automatically when connected to your broadband.
