The same fella who called earlier in the day called back again later last night and asked me to try Ethernet because it couldn't go to Offline until that had been checked too. (Same result, no channels still) and he was profusely apologetic for calling again and asking but had to tick a box and also take a 'live' shot of the data coming back during the attempt.
Are you able to see the progress of this now its no longer in the hands of TMC @DarrenDev (Sorry for asking like, but Monday will be two weeks and nothing)
(Next callback is Tuesday)
Thank you very much @DarrenDev
I’m hopeful this is resolved in the next day or two.
Im guessing the missing entries in the IPv6 WAN 'Global Unicast Address' and 'Global Unicast prefix/length' are part of the problem?
