Radio stations red button

The radio stations work fine via the sounds app but if you use the TV guide don't load using the red button ?

@Jogon  are you using a Box Pro in Ip Mode  or a different box or are you in aerial mode on the box pro .

Also do you see the Press red to listen appear  or does it not appear .

Pro box in WiFi mode ...

See red button option but it does not kick in .

If convenient suggest soft restart the Box Pro. (Hold front button for about 8 seconds and it should restart.) When restarted  try again and see if red button functions.
