BT Pro box not connecting to the internet

I’ve got the same issue. Neither wired or wireless will connect.

Are you using any adaptors or extenders? Can you give me a brief description of your set up?

WiFi is from Asus router, into open reach fibre wan connection. Wired connection is direct to same router.  Either would connect just fine up until the reskin update.

Sorted - fresh direct cable temporally to the router - factory reset, and connected. Further Software update and the WiFi is working again.
