@DarrenDev have anything exciting to share yet?
Despite new customers with Boost now only getting two simultaneous streams, existing users on Boost should retain the three streams they had before the change.
But I think I’ve got yours I’ve just started a fourth Now stream, checking what my limit is, and I now need to find a fifth device 😛
You were the second to say it in 24 hours @JPoznansky so I kicked off a full scale panic. I'll stand them down. Thanks for confirming.
Did you get a message to say that you only had two streams, or just one to say you have exceeded the number permitted, without saying what that was?
If so, had somebody possibly used a third device within the last 20 minutes and not shut it down properly (you have to actively stop the stream, not just exit it or shut the device down)?
In such cases, Now will eventually notice, and stop the stream, but this can take up to 20 minutes.
Well thats the thing, we have triggered the ‘exceeded’ message before, so yeah I normally ignore it patiently for a while. But this time my partner asked specifically if we only had two devices now, and I loaded it up on my tablet and Im sure it said something about two devices also.
Sorry, should have checked again today before actually posting the message.
Does anyone know if we are any closer to Sky Sports UHD on BT TV?
There's been zero communication about it, not even an announcement, and our insiders have all signed NDAs.
