I find that pressing these two buttons on the remote does nothing at all. Both would be quite useful. Am I doing anything wrong?
All other functions work correctly with TV ( Panasonic) working in harmony together.
Many thanks

Re: Source and More on BTTV Pro box remote
Hi @dephead2004, sorry these buttons are not working on your remote control.
Have you tried resetting your remote - Press the Home and 9 buttons at the same time. Hold down the buttons until the LED around the BT icon flashes purple three times.
Have you replaced the batteries?
Did the buttons work ok previously?
Cheers
John

Re: Source and More on BTTV Pro box remote
Hi JohnC2,
I'll try your suggestion, thanks
In fact they've never worked and I had to look up what they were for . Then I thought that'd be useful to change HDMI inputs.
Batteries seem fine as everything else works as expected w/o fault.
In fact I rather like the whole remote and indeed the BTTV Box Pro system

Re: Source and More on BTTV Pro box remote
So I rebooted the remote as per the suggestion and "More" now works ,but unfortunately "Source" selection still doesn't help.
Is it possible that the command from the Remote is not working with the TV to select the source? If so are there any manual codes that can be applied for a Panasomic TX32CS510B?

@dephead2004 Have you checked the Settings on your BT Pro Box? Under Bluetooth Remote section, Control Volume and Source should be set to TV (not Set Top Box).

Re: Source and More on BTTV Pro box remote
I should have said in my initial post. When the new BT Vision box was ordered I received a remote very quickly as a “replacement” and then when the box arrived it came with a remote.
Now one remote Input Select works fine while the other does not respond. All other functions are fine. In hopes of speeding things up I bought a new remote from a third vendor. Same problem. I have reset and paired the remotes to no avail. I have left the working one alone. Should I reset and re-pair all three? Thanks
