TV box pro delivery

My TV box should have been delivered yesterday. It's been dispatched but now showing delayed and I can't track it, tried ringing BT but gave up after 45 mins

You should have received the tracking number via email from the automated system - I've emailed it to you just in case.

It's delayed as Royal Mail routed it to the wrong sorting office (it's currently in Bitterne Manor DO).
