The Apps on my BT YouView box don't seem to be working - i.e. no iPlayer. no UKTVplay

I notice a couple of days ago that my BT YouView box is not receive UKTVplay, it shows 'Loading' then reverts to whatever it was doing.

Has something changed?

Tried all that as replied in the other thread.

Done a Factory Reset now and all seems OK.
