TogetherTV not available

Channel 53 Together TV is not available and just showing a graphic. I believe is a normal free to air channel and not red button etc

My box is a BT Pro freeview box

Hi @Mancmonkey 

The channel is delivered via IP (internet) rather than over the air. YouView doesn't support the older MHEG-IC standard so therefore we cannot access the service.

You would need to use a Freeview HD certified device to watch.

Hopefully this will change with the launch of Freely, especially if BT/EE have any involvement!
