I am at a bit of a loss, our your view box has stopped picking up wifi. We have checked everything and followed the error code message however this leads to support for wired connection.
Has anyone any suggestions? Please & thank you.

I am sorry to see that your BT TV Pro box hasn't been picking up your wireless signal lately. Have you gone into your wireless settings and forgotten the network and tried reconnecting to it?

Hi Daniel,
Yes we have tried both the WPS & Scan with password neither is working, other than a wired connection as that’s not going to be possible.
The wifi is working for everything else though.
The Pro Box only works on 5GHz, so make sure that isn't turned off in the router. Also try turning off the 2.4GHz & make sure other devices can still connect, in case the 5GHz band has died.
