my box freezes probably twice a month, I can can get it back by re-booting the box but the problem is WHY does it keep freezing, my own opinion is that the box is rubbish but I'm interested in any other solutions. Thanks.
Hi @quaos1 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your BT TV box. Have you tried a factory reset of the box, ensuring to choose the option to keep your recordings?

@quaos1 the factory reset would clear data and effectively reinstall the apps and software. If that resolves the problem (and it may take a period of normal running to be confident ) then fine . If the problems continue thereafter then it is probably a hardware or environment cause which would need attention.
