Any idea how long the update takes when you first connect the Pro box to the internet? Mine still saying "Let's get you updated. Your box will restart when we're finished 100% complete" with a blue dot going back and forth.

I rebooted it and it said YOUVIEW but at tionekft corner of screen it says TALKTALK which is my old internet provider.
It's not showing any subscribed channels and all the channels says SETUP next to them
It's just gone through another update cycle which this time only took a few minutes and now the TalkTalk branding has gone but I seem to have hardly any channels. I just checked Settings - TV Channels and it only shows 13 subscription channels and in guide it shows AMC, BT Sport 1, BT Sport 2, BT Sport 3, BT Sport ESPN, Box Nation, BT Sport Extra 1-6 and no other channels
I knew I wouldn't see Freeview channels as I don't have an antenna but was told I would get about 56 channels
Hi @WelshDave I'm really sorry about that, we'll get this looked into and update you tomorrow. It sounds like a subscription problem, has your order been completed on the tracker?

I checked this morning and I now have 156 channels (Positive progress for sure as last night it was 13!) BUT cannot go into any of them as they all show as below:
