I am being asked for 2 step authentication for my email, Ididnt turn this on, I can't turn it off as it asks me for this to access settings. I also can't register for this as it doesn't send a code to my alternative email or my mobile.
I can't access email at all, or my settings to disable this feature. I have tried several devices but all have the same issue.
Any solution is greatly appreciated.
You set 2FA using your MyBT settings not your email settings.

Thanks for the reply, I know this. I can’t change the settings as it asks for 2 step authentication to access the settings.
