550 spam, or phishing or malware

I am getting this problem when sending emails to most of my contacts.  If I use webmail or Outlook the problem is the same, if I use my iPhone the email is delivered fine.

Please can you let me know what I can do to correct this.

Hi, @rob571 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're getting an error 553 error. By any chance are you using a VPN on your PC?

@rob571 I'm really sorry I missed your previous reply, is this only happening on the one broadband connection? Are you abroad at the moment or using a public wifi service?

No Its my home broadband router which I have tried rebooting just on the of chance but it made no difference.

Hi @rob571,

When you're sending emails from your iPhone, are you using our app or the native app that's installed on your phone? Also, can you send emails on your phone both at home and when you're using a different network, other than your home broadband?

Let me know as I may need to get this looked into for you.

Hi Daniel

So I use the native app on my phone and I guess I am on the wifi so the home broadband but I will not be able to check until I return home this evening. I will test both to see what happens as soon as I am back

Further to my last post I have literally just checked broadband and 4g options on my phone and they both work

Disconnect your hub from line for half an hour or so to get a different IP address that will probably work. Check your public IP address before and after to make sure it has changed.
