Hi @JohnC2,

Sorry to bother you but I am having the same problem. I have spoken with the BT chat. I was advised to send an email to every affected address asking them to mark the email as safe. I'm a bit apprehensive about having to explain this to some of the recipients since they are eldery. I wondered if there were any other solutions?
