I'm looking for help with the same issue for my Mum's email address which is getting 554 2.1.2.3 rejections to any of her family and friends with BTinternent addresses.
She's tried contacting the Postmaster, but unfortunately gets the same rejected message from the postmaster. Were you able to fix the problem, and if so how?

Hi, It was honestly fixed by messaging the BT Postmaster... Do you have another email address you can use to send all of the details to the postmaster? I just sent background details and what email address it was coming from. It kind of makes sense that you would get the same error message from an email sent from the blocked address .. So use another one specifying details.
