Bit of a long story but when we set up a new MyBT account we used an email address for the details.
It turns out that email address belongs to someone already and when we login to it we can see the lady's emails.
We spoke to BT Help at the time who said they'd look at it ASAP - that was 2 weeks ago.
We can still login to the lady's email.
Any one suggest any way to assist? Thanks
