Attachment not working

For more than a day I have been unable to put an attachment on an email - I just get an error message

Sorry you're having problems with the attachments. What error message are you seeing? Can you post a screen shot?

Webmail I think - it's on a laptop connecting to the internet. J

Hmm, that doesn't look like the BT webmail screen.

What browser are you using to access the mail?

Can you send attachments if you login here

Hi, just tried attaching using browser Edge and it worked fine - it must be a Firefox problem - j
