i have a BT Internet address but am not receiving any emails. When I go into manage emails it states the email account type is Standard, however it says I am using zero email addresses. Any idea why I can’t see my email account? It hasn’t been used in a long time so may have been terminated, however it is not showing on a list to allow me to reactivate it?

If you have not used the email address for a long time then it is more than likely the address has been deleted
The email account will have been deleted because of non use.
Depending on why and when it was deleted it will not be able to be reactivated. All the contents of the email account will have been deleted for good but you should however be able to re-use the email address.
