When will BT fix the awful editor in the new BT web email?

Keeps jumping back to the start of the message while typing

Need to leave 2 line spacing to get 1 line spacing after send

Font keeps changing while typing.

Thought by now BT would rectify.

Now calling BT for an update. Writing a paragraph in an email sees the box get wider and wider.

Indian hold music makes me think I won't be answered in Warrington.

BT rang me this evening. 

They say major update to the editor on around a week's time to fix many bugs. 

Left my complaint open on a wait and see basis!

So frustrating! I don't touch type, so I am looking at the keys when I type. I look up occasionally and see that the last few words have appeared before the salutation ('Hello' or 'Good morning'). It used to happen now and again and I could almost put up with it, but in the short email I was typing a few minutes ago it happened at least half a dozen times.

Anybody else got this gremlin? Any solution?

Yes we all have that jumping and font change , not a gremlin,  And this highlights the problem BT may not appreciate , a single user may think it is their equipment at fault , maybe spend time and money , chasing BT's faulty upgrade.

Yes, completely agree! It's just shocking the amount of time BT are taking to sort these issues ( along with the other 20 major problems this new email format has generated. )

BT rang me a few nights back to say an update to the editor is coming out within a week. 

I also dislike 2 line spacing when typing an email to get single line spacing when sent. 

I told them I never thought I would utter the words "worse than Wordpad in Win 95"!

@DEM  Whilst in no way condoning BT's debacle over the email interface, the original problems were caused by rushing out an untested release, you are now wishing them to do the same with the fix. You can't have it both ways.

Silly remark. 

I waited months before giving feedback and the timetable was volunteered by BT as they had a planned update on the way. 

No pressure on my part.
