Hi, just tried logging into my BT email app on my imac. I am getting an error code TS-0003. Does anyone know what I need to do to get my email loading again. I understand that BT email has been updated but not sure if this applies to mail app.

@Korky1 Welcome to the community and thanks for posting, that error code means that the IP address of the VPN you're connecting through has been identified as potentially being bad.
Is it possible for you to connect to your BT email account with the VPN turned off as that should stop that error from blocking your access?

you are quite right. I turned off the VPN and it worked immediately.
