Can't add a new email address, there's no 'email' on my product details so I can't get to 'Manage'
BT no longer provide email to new customers
Been a customer for many years, so thought I could still get an address
Just get a Gmail or Hotmail address, it won't be tied to any ISP.
Is there no way I can just add another to my current account?
I suspect you are using the MyBT app rather than the website. I have no idea why BT in their infinite wisdom don't give the option to manage Email on the app but do on the website.
