Have been trying to connect my BTinternet email to Outlook 365 (Mac) and am consistently told in both IMAP and POP that my credentials are incorrect - they are not! I have followed the instructions to the letter for both connection routes and still no success. The BT account is a premium account so that is not the problem.
Feel I have exhausted every possibility so any suggestions would be gratefully received!
Have you checked that you do in fact have a Premium email account by logging onto your MyBT and going to Your Product > Email, manage and check the account type at the top of the page.
