Delete Button.

The Delete button has disappeared from the top toolbar on Mrs. N's email page.  Mr's N is a numbnut with PC's and I'm only very marginally better so unable to help her get it back.

Have you tried logging off from her email account and then logging back on?

Hi @John_N is she using BT webmail or another program to view her emails?

We both use BT mail.  This is from my screen, the delete button at the end has disappeared from Mr's. N's.

I suspect she has changed the font size in the browser. Is it there if you click on the 'more' drop-down?

Looks like we might have solved it.  There seemed to be some sort of advertising block compressing the available width (Mrs. N prefers a square format screen) for radio buttons.  Anyhow, we got something off Google, tried to follow it and the block disappeared restoring the delete button.  Fingers crossed.
