I currently have a premium email account. I only have this as it was part of my original home BT internet from decades ago.
I've recently discovered I don't need the premium email (and subsequently don't have to pay the £7.50 per month) and can get by by using just the standard or basic (I'm not sue what the difference is between these). So I want to downgrade my account.
I've tried navigating through the BT website to try to do this manually. You just go round in circles and never get anywhere.
I've found two different phone numbers (0330 123 4150 & 0800 800150). Neither of these numbers work. When you press the numbers when prompted you eventually get a message saying it's unavailable. This is regardless of which option you choose.
Can anyone point me in the direction of getting hold of someone who can help me with sorting this out please?
