My main email address is showing the "Due to be downgraded" flag.
I am a BT Broadband customer and have used the @btopenworld/btinternet address for many years.
Can anyone advise as to how this can be rectified - I have logged on as suggested but this has not altered the flag?

Was the email account set up within the BT Broadband account that you have or was it set up in a different broadband account such as a parents account?
Is the email account showing in your "MyBT" when you go to "Your Products" > "Mail, Manage"?
When did you last access and use the email account other than the time when it was suggested that you do that?
It was set up in the account which I have had for a very long time.
it does show in my by and that is where it has the due to be downgraded flag.
it is my main email and is used daily.
Any help would be appreciated.
If you use an email client or app to access your email account, try logging on directly with this link which should "reactivate" the account.
On reflection - it was set up back in the days of dial up!
I do log in via my bt email fairly frequently, to check the spam folders, but have just done so again.
Logged in 2 or 3 times now and still showing as due to be downgraded.
