I use Outlook/BT email to handle e-mails. Periodically, e-mails sit in my outbox for a day or so and I'm getting error codes 0x800CCC0F and 0x800CCC0E. I have followed the tips BT Help page to resolve from the to no avail. Any assistance to resolve would be appreciated.

Have you tried removing and re-adding the account through Outlook?
