I have BT Basic Email
About a week ago I set up Auto-Forwarding so that all my BT emails are forwarded to another non BT email account.
The reason I did this is because I have had continued problems since the apparent upgrade a few months ago. I have to wait several minutes for an email or a folder to open up. I am also getting constant "timed out" messages when asking BT email to do anything.
The problem I am now having is that not every email received in my BT email Inbox is auto forwarding to the other non BT account. Only some are.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is? Is it something I have or haven't done? Is it because I have both BT email and the other providers email open at the same time in different browser windows?

Auto forwarding is not supported on BTMail Basic accounts. As you have found it may work partially but eventually it will stop altogether.
