Email via app on phone works perfectly. Tried logging in to both main and sub accounts on my Mac and getting Red Account Locked message. Cleared cache and I know both usernames and passwords are correct as I use a password app that keys them in. Also typed in manually. Why the error as nothing has been entered incorrectly?

I'm going to send you a private message so we can look into this for you.
There may have been too many attempts to access your email through our website which is causing that lock. I can have it removed letting you get back in through a web browser. In the meantime, you should be able to use the app.

I have replied separately, but all appears to be working now. Maybe it was a one-off on the day I saw the issue.
