Email not received

Hi

I've sent a few emails recently which haven't been received ? 

They aren't stuck in the out box and are showing that they've been sent ? 

Any suggestions as to what may be causing the problem 🤔

Are the emails being sent to the same email address?

Are the emails being sent to the same domain (the part after @)?

Has the recipients checked their spam folder?

Hi two different email addresses separate domains not sure about the spam being checked. 

I've  had this with other emails too 

We use ours as a business email so I end up texting people instead of emailing back

Just so you are aware using a BT residential email account as a business account is against the Terms and Conditions of the account.

If your emails are being sent ok it would appear that the receiving email provider are the ones who are blocking it.

Have they previously been able to receive them?

Have you changed anything in your emails such as a signature or picture being included.
