What’s happened with the email? I was having a right ding dong with it last night and it seems to have sorted itself out but I’m still struggling on my iPhone. I have downloaded the BT Mail app and it seems to be working fine on there. I have lost the majority of my folders including trash and junk on my iPhone

Can anyone help 🤔🤷‍♀️

I don't use the BTMail app so don't know how it is set up but you should be able to check the setting where you can see if it is set up as an IMAP account or  POP3 account. 

If you want to see all the folders that are on the BT server you must set it up as an IMAP account and not a POP3 account.
